Our Villa is located in Cuidad Quesada within urbanisation Doña Pepa which has been known as an excellent place for residential and holiday purposes for more than 30 years.

The villa we provide can be rented with or without maid service.

Urbanization Dona Pepa is situated (next to citrus fruit groves) or La Fiesta (next to a natural park area). Cuidad Quesada is about 10 minutes drive (5 km) from the beautiful beaches of Guardamar del Segura and approximately 10 km from Torrevieja. It is approximately 35 minutes drive (38 km) from Alicante International Airport, El Altet. The airport is well served by buses, taxis and car hire companies or we can provide you with a meet and greet service. Near the villa is an Spa hotel (La Leguna ****).

Why not try the Costa Blanca for your holiday. Our area has an enormous variety of attractions for all ages and interests. Sporting facilities including four 18 hole golf courses, 5 full size bowling greens, several marinas, tennis, squash, fishing, windsurfing and horse-riding are only some of the many activities that are available within a 20 km radius of our location. There are several safe guarded beaches that have been recognized for their quality by the granting of a Blue Flag - The European Union for Ecological Quality symbol of approval. The beaches have facilities for water sports and sun-bathing. The sands are a paradise for the children.

Our urbanizations are generally surrounded by citrus fruit plantations which are characteristic of this part of the Costa Blanca and enjoy spectacular views of the salt lakes at La Mata and Torrevieja.
